Our Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Yoga classes focus on low-impact, precision-based movement that builds deep strength, improves posture, enhances flexibility and supports joint health. These classes develop control, stability and mindful alignment — foundational pillars for long-term wellbeing and resilient movement.

Alongside this, our Barre and Sculpt classes introduce carefully programmed weight-bearing and higher-impact elements. These are essential for bone health, helping to maintain bone density while building strength, power and definition in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

Together (Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Sculpt) create a complete movement system. Low-impact work supports alignment, mobility and longevity; the right impact and load stimulates bone strength and muscular tone.

This balanced approach ensures every class meets you where you are, keeps groups small for quality instruction, and promotes movement that feels as good as it is effective.

Matwork Classes

Our Matwork series offers both Pilates and Yoga: two distinct pathways to strength, length and calm. Each class is rooted in precision, breath and control, helping you feel centred and aligned from the inside out.

  • Everyone is welcome to attend these seamless, breath-led sequences blending classical and contemporary Pilates. Expect smooth transitions, focused control and a steady, strengthening burn.

    If you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, please let your instructor know at the start of class so they can offer appropriate guidance and modifications.

  • A flowing, energising yoga sequence that connects movement with breath. Expect fluid transitions, soft strength and a sense of openness and clarity.

  • A mindful alignment focused class that, with the help of props, enables you to listen to your body’s unique needs. You will learn to move with intention and care, building physical strength and inner wellbeing. Suitable for all body types and ages.

  • Babies (aged 6 weeks to 10 months old) are welcome to attend the Mums and Babies class!

    Gentle, supportive postnatal class designed to help new mums rebuild strength, posture and core connection.

    This session focuses on pelvic stability, safe abdominal work, mobility and restorative movement, all in a calm, nurturing environment. Move at your own pace, pause when you need to, and enjoy a class that supports both your recovery and your new rhythm of motherhood.

    It is advisable to not exercise in the first six weeks after giving birth.


Reformer Method

Our dynamic Reformer classes are intentionally capped at just five clients, creating a semi-private experience where form, alignment and breath receive real attention. Using controlled spring resistance, each session builds strength, improves posture and deepens your connection to movement.

The Reformer instructors will give a Reformer demo for newcomers.

  • A slower-paced introduction to Reformer Pilates, designed to build confidence, control and understanding.

    In this class, we focus on alignment, breath, core connection and movement quality. You’ll learn how the reformer works, how to move safely and effectively, and how to build strength from the inside out.

    Expect clear instruction, thoughtful progressions and time to feel each exercise properly.

  • For clients who understand the foundations and are ready to build strength, flow and endurance.

    This class introduces more dynamic sequences, greater load options and increased coordination challenges, while maintaining strong technical focus. Transitions become smoother, movement becomes more fluid, and strength develops with control.

    Expect a steady pace, layered progressions and a satisfying full-body challenge.

    While intensity increases, quality of movement remains the priority.

    Exercises are offered with clear progressions and regressions, allowing each client to work at an appropriate intensity. The pace is balanced, the atmosphere supportive, and the focus always on moving well.

    Whether you’re newer to reformer or more experienced, you’ll be guided to work at a level that feels right for your body.


Barre & Strength Method

Where grace meets strength.
Our Barre Method blends the sculpting precision of Pilates with dance-inspired flow for beautifully lengthened, toned muscles and a confident, grounded posture.

  • Elegant, uplifting and empowering. This signature Barre class uses small, controlled movements and light resistance to tone, strengthen and lengthen. No dance experience required — just rhythm, balance and fun.

  • A full-body strength workout designed to build lean muscle and elevate your energy.

    This circuit-style class combines bodyweight exercises, resistance bands and dumbbells to challenge every muscle group.

    Expect controlled, powerful movements that improve strength, posture and endurance while sculpting and toning the body. Each station flows into the next to keep the class dynamic and engaging.

    Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to increase or reduce intensity.

  • End the week on a high.

    The Rhythm Method is a Friday feel-good class designed to lift your mood, raise your heart rate and let go of the week through movement and music. Expect simple, easy-to-follow sequences set to uplifting playlists, blending sculpt, cardio and expressive flow in a way that feels energising rather than technical.

    This is not about perfect steps. It is about moving your body, building fitness and enjoying the freedom of rhythm in a welcoming, supportive space.
