Emily Brine

Mat & Reformer

I originally came into pilates from a rehab perspective and then found my love for the tone, balance and core strength that it gives you.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years - I have been a swim coach, personal trainer and, of course, a pilates instructor! I also have a degree in sport and exercise therapy and used to be a competitive swimmer.

I love building relationships with my clients and seeing their progression. I love working with anyone, whether they’re complete beginners or already experienced. I especially enjoy helping people who feel stuck in their training to finally feel the progression again. I hope my clients feel supported in a space where they are comfortable and leave more connected to their bodies.

When I'm not coaching, I'm moving my body in anyway I can (walking, running, swimming etc). I also love a coffee and a sweet treat! Balance is important to me… strong body, calm mind.

I care a lot about quality over quantity. I’ll always prioritise proper form, control and progression in my classes.

You might shake, you might sweat, but you’ll always be moving with purpose!
