Our three core methods (Mat, Reformer and Barre) have been designed to meet you where you are in your practice. We keep classes small to ensure attention to detail and quality of instruction, creating an atmosphere that feels both personal and restorative.

Matwork Classes

Our Matwork series offers both Pilates and Yoga: two distinct pathways to strength, length and calm. Each class is rooted in precision, breath and control, helping you feel centred and aligned from the inside out.

  • Everyone is welcome to attend these seamless, breath-led sequences blending classical and contemporary Pilates. Expect smooth transitions, focused control and a steady, strengthening burn.

    If you’re new to Pilates or returning after a break, please let your instructor know at the start of class so they can offer appropriate guidance and modifications.

  • A slow, grounding practice designed to lengthen, release and restore. Gentle holds and mindful stillness create space within both body and mind.

  • A flowing, energising yoga sequence that connects movement with breath. Expect fluid transitions, soft strength and a sense of openness and clarity.

  • Babies (aged 6 weeks to 10 months old) are welcome to attend the Mums and Babies class!

    Gentle, supportive postnatal class designed to help new mums rebuild strength, posture and core connection.

    This session focuses on pelvic stability, safe abdominal work, mobility and restorative movement, all in a calm, nurturing environment. Move at your own pace, pause when you need to, and enjoy a class that supports both your recovery and your new rhythm of motherhood.

    It is advisable to not exercise in the first six weeks after giving birth.


Reformer Method

Our dynamic Reformer classes are intentionally capped at just five clients, creating a semi-private experience where form, alignment and breath receive real attention. Using controlled spring resistance, each session builds strength, improves posture and deepens your connection to movement.

The Reformer instructors will give a Reformer demo for newcomers.

  • A foundational Reformer class introducing you to the equipment, resistance principles and movement control. Perfect for newcomers or those returning to Pilates.

  • A fluid, strength-based session that builds endurance, stability and coordination. Expect flowing sequences and mindful resistance for full-body conditioning.

    NB You must complete at least 3 beginner classes before moving onto the Intermedoate

  • A challenging Reformer experience designed to refine technique and elevate performance. Increased resistance and dynamic transitions deliver a full-body burn with precision.


Barre & Strength Method

Where grace meets strength.
Our Barre Method blends the sculpting precision of Pilates with dance-inspired flow for beautifully lengthened, toned muscles and a confident, grounded posture.

  • Elegant, uplifting and empowering. This signature Barre class uses small, controlled movements and light resistance to tone, strengthen and lengthen. No dance experience required — just rhythm, balance and fun.

  • A playful, high-energy sculpt class focused on glutes, core, arms and thighs. Expect deep pulses, slow burners and the signature Refine glow — where mindful control meets serious strength.

  • A dance-inspired class blending the strength of Barre with the freedom of movement. Expect rhythmic sequences, expressive flow and uplifting playlists designed to sculpt, energise and release. No dance experience required — just a love of movement and rhythm.
