Hi, I’m Gosia, a fitness coach passionate about helping women feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their bodies. I specialise in resistance and functional training, supporting you to build strength, move better and create healthy habits that last.
I love creating a supportive, encouraging environment where everyone feels welcome and motivated, whatever stage they’re at. My goal is to help you feel empowered in your own body and to make fitness something that fits naturally into your life.
Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve your fitness or simply feel better day to day, my classes are designed to leave you feeling energised, confident and supported every step of the way.
